How do I reserve a trailer?

What is included with the restroom trailer rental?
Each restroom trailer rental includes air freshners, indoor rugs, hand soap, paper towels, and toliet paper.
Which trailer should I choose?
Based on the information provided on the contact form, we can assist you in determining the best trailer option to meet your particular need. You may also reference the specific trailer product page for additional information to aid you in the decision making process.
Is there a rental agreement?
Yes. We will email you the form. Simply open it, review, fill in the required fields including your e-signature, and press send. No printing and faxing...we want this process to be as simple as possible for our customers. Please note that we cannot reserve the trailer until we receive the signed rental agreement.
What Payment options do you accept?
Payment can be made by cash, check, ebt, or any major credit or debit card. Information regarding these payment options will be provided on the emailed invoice at the time of reservation.
How do we schedule delivery?
Approximately a week prior to your event, PoshPrivy will send you a scheduling email. We typically try to deliver for weekend events on Wednesday-Saturday. The scheduling email will prompt you to choose a minimum of three dates and times that accommodate your schedule for delivery, but feel free to choose as many available dates and various times as you would like...this information helps us find compatible times for delivery for every customer we’re serving for that particular week. PoshPrivy will review your selected times and send you a confirmation email for delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
PoshPrivy provides free delivery within a 30 mile radius of our trailer storage facility. Delivery beyond this radius will incur a delivery surcharge. Please contact us and provide the specific delivery address to determine whether a delivery surcharge is applicable.
What are the electrical requirements?
Each trailer requires a 110v dedicated 20 amp power source within 100 ft of placement. If power is not available onsite, we offer generators that you can rent along with the trailer.
What are the water requirements?
Each trailer requires a city water connection (or hose pipe for those in TN) in which a hose can be connected to supply water. Each trailer is also equipped with an onboard water tank. If a hose would be aesthetically unpleasing or obtrusive, we can fill the tank and remove the hose. As long as we are able to fill the tank at the venue, there is no additional charge.
Where can the trailer be placed?
Proper setup of the trailer requires a relatively level area. Also, it’s important to note that our trailers do not get along well with tree branches. Be sure that there is adequate clearance (10’w x 12’h) from overhanging tree branches at both the location for placement and the route to reach the location.
